just recv'd from [...], washed them, after having to call, not a single washing instruction on the product. washed them, put them on the bed. they are the most horribly scratchy sheets i have ever purchased & my bad, they do not stand behind their product. once out of package, washed, no return. i purchased a set of sheets from bed bath & beyond yrs. ago & they "balled up"- they took them back. 20 yr. ago, returned sheets to foley's, after washing, they too, had started getting little balls. customer service is of no help, response- "i hear if you wash them a few times, they get softer". a supervisor is supposed to call me back.
