Has not been an issue. Switch cartridges are not magnetic memory. So the magnets in this case would not effect them. Especially magnets like these that not very strong.

I have one and i love it, if i buy one more could i snap them together by removing the last back holders and snapping both together?

To be honest I don’t know. If it were me I would keep them separate and label them volume style. I wouldn’t risk jacking up the case. I’m sure it can be done, but that’s on you!
