so far so good. I ordered one from a different company and got the wrong item, my old vacuum controlled petcock was leaking badly, so i ended up ordering this one. I was a little worried because it seemed pretty generic when ordering it. when i got it, i was happy to see that it looked to be of good quality. It had the screen and the chrome finish was flawless. I connected it with no issues, used a little sealing tape and some fuel sealant for extra peace of mind. I have not had a single drop leak since installing it. it can be a little difficult to move from normal to reserve at first, but it gets a little easier and you get used to it. i would recommend this item for purchase and i would purchase it again.

Not the best quality but great for the money
I got this for a sportster 1200 with an aftermarket tank and S&S carb. it works well but the lever does not line up with the on/off/ res markings - you must fully turn it all the way even though the mark is in a different position or it will continue to flow.

Ok
Cheap threads are janky but seems to work ok but had to put thread tape on it to prevent leak

good quality
bought this for an aftermarket custom tank and it fit beautifully. I will be ordering another for a mini chopper project using a sportster tank.
