the first thing I noticed was the nice packaging and the fact they donate 5% to charity ...
I recently made the decision to start living a healthier life, and made the switch from coffee to green tea. I’ve tried all kinds and my friends think of me as the green tea expert. There are many kinds to choose from at the grocery store, but most of them are big brands that lack the authentic taste and quality I’ve been searching for. I own a UEndure Tea Infuser Bottle and recently saw they came out with their own line of Organic Japanese Green Tea. They promote it as authentic, all organic and extremely healthy, so I decided to give it a chance. When the tea arrived, the first thing I noticed was the nice packaging and the fact they donate 5% to charity (bonus!!). The tea comes in a quality tin canister and vacuum sealed foil bag. When I opened it, I could see matcha dust coating the leaves and the sides of the bag. The tea appeared extremely fresh and had a nice earthy aroma. I followed the instructions and used 1 tablespoon with a 12oz cup of water. I let it steep for a little over a minute. One tablespoon didn’t look like a lot because of the thin needle shaped leaves, but once the leaves were steeped, I was pleasantly surprised on how they expanded. The aroma was pleasant and the flavor was amazing. It had a nice balance of sweetness and bitterness, and the matcha added a nice sense of smoothness. It was earthy, grassy and very refreshing. It might be one of the better green teas I’ve tried. It is a little expensive compared to other brands, but you get what you pay for. The premium quality and the fact it’s mixed with matcha, is definitely worth the price. Based on my own experience, there’s a reason why the less expensive teas are less expensive. Their quality just isn’t the same.If you’re reading reviews, looking for honest opinions on different green teas, I hope this helps.

Very nice Sencha with a matcha kick
I let it steep longer than recommended, pushing 8 minutes like I always do with a new tea. This is to see how bitter it will get if I don't adhere to strict timelines. This was absolutely a delicious Sencha after that long still! 4-5 minutes will likely not have any bitter at all. I used an electric kettle, once boiling it shuts off on it's own. I let it sit until it was completely done bubbling and the water surface was flat. I did 6 ounces water to 1/2 tsp tea in my dinosaur diffuser. Sencha is an unmistakable green tea flavor and this was perfect. Matcha is also an unmistakable green tea flavor and there was a hint of it at the background. The main player is the Sencha with some Matcha aftertaste and Matcha has a distinct 'kick' to it, almost like a shot of espresso without the crash. Some people are very sensitive to it. This was a more mild version of a full Matcha experience, so maybe a good way to get some of the health value without the Matcha jitters if you're sensitive to it in it's full form. This was easy to make, does not need super strict adherence to time lines to still be good, can be steeped more than once per scoop, and tastes like Sencha should.

Phenomenal Tea!
This is some really fantastic tea! I'll start off by saying that I'm a fairly new tea drinker and have only ever purchased green tea that came packed in teabags. After reading about the health benefits that loose leaf tea and Matcha have over regular bagged tea, I've decided it was time for me to move on and look for better quality teas. After browsing around on Amazon I came across this product and purchased it. I can honestly say that this is the best green tea I have had to this date. The flavor is phenomenal and is unlike any other tea I've tasted before. Not only is the flavor great; the health benefits of this kind of tea far outweigh the benefits from traditional bagged tea. I highly recommend trying this tea!

Loving You Was Easier Than
Instructions say 1 Tablespoon for 12 oz and steep at 175 degrees F for 60 to 90 seconds. DISREGARD. To make good tea, requires boiling water and enough tea leaves. I ratchet up the tea content to water ratio and heat of course; JUST USE COMMON SENSE and experience ... started to become the tea it was meant to be ... MUST BE GREAT TEA CAUSE I'M GETTING SEVERAL BOILS OFF THE TEA LEAVES AND THE FLAVOR IS STILL THERE. After a J Meal, Sushi Home Chef wanted real J green tea to wash it down or even get Zen sipping something Real. (And 1 tablespoon to 12 oz is okay ratio)

High quality green tea and very sturdy quality packaging. Still feels skimpy
This is definitely very premium green tea -- I can't complain about the quality. The packaging is also really sturdy and high quality. However, I don't see *any* matcha whatsoever in this, so it feels dishonest to call this a mixture of a sencha and matcha. Additionally, the amount of green tea is very tiny. The container -- about the size of a can of soup -- arrives about half full, if that.
