This is a dairy free mochi and is delicious!
I purchased this originally because my lactose-intolerant son loves mochi and only rarely can find a dairy free option. It turned out to be so delicious that his wife enjoys it, too! It's a bit pricy and does take more that the minute we have become accustomed to to arrive, but it's worth it!
