All of the claims that they make are about oxygen, not this specific delivery system. Everything they say about Oxygen is true, they fail to mention that you can get Oxygen poisoning & exaggerate other claims but essentially Oxygen is good! It's strange to me that you can get oxygen without a prescription as my doctor assured me that Oxygen in an effective dose requires one. Anyway, I bought several of these & ran a 5K. I used it training & for the race. I did not notice any benefit what-so-ever & I have used prescription Oxygen gas as a performance enhancer for mountain climbing & SCUBA diving. I got nothing more from it then if I hyperventilated for a few minutes. It reminds me of The Lorax, that guy who was selling Canned Air!
