My husband has a bad back, and we are both side sleepers
I made the decision to look for a new mattress online even though it can be difficult. I knew I wanted to purchase a latex (or latex-hybrid mattress) and a lot of the "brick and mortar" stores only carry inner-spring or Tempurpedic. Not to mention a $3,000+ bed was way beyond my budget. However, after some research on this bed, and reviewing several non-biased bed sites, plus all of the positive reviews on Amazon, I went for it. We bought a king ($750!), and after an email conversation with Chuck (he was quick and responsive with each email) we decided on a 6 firmness. My husband has a bad back, and we are both side sleepers, so we needed good support with a little cushion for our sides. We've had the bed for a week, and we love it. It's comfortable and we are both sleeping quite well. Great buy, great deal!

Incredibly comfortable
I've had this mattress for several months now, so I thought I would finally write a review.Literally the best mattress I've ever owned, quite possibly the best I've ever slept on (including Sleep Number and Tempurpedic). I got a 3.5, which is pretty firm but exactly the way I like it. It took a couple days of waking up with a sore-ish back (since it gave more support than I'm used to), but after that it's been perfect.Mine is on an Ikea Brimnes bed frame and Lonset slatted base, which most likely affects the firmness (compared to a traditional boxspring). There's about 3 inches of space between the matress and edge of the frame on one side, but it wasn't a big deal to me. If you have a Brimnes frame, MAKE SURE to build the cross supports at the lowest "setting" possible; this mattress + Lonset meant that the mattress was almost above the edge of the frame.The top of the mattress is so soft/cool that I slept directly on it the first night while waiting for the sheets to come in. It is seriously that comfortable.

The mattress is WONDERFUL and we are very happy. The amazon site says this mattress and this frame are usually bought together, but the frame shipped was a QUEEN. return was no problem with Amazon. Ordered a king slat frame and it was defective and horrible,returned with no problem.Ordered a metal king frame and now it is totally WONDERFUL. This is our second mattress from Ultimate Dreams and would definitely recommend this product Thank You for all your responcess and concerns Robert Hall

Fantastic mattress and seller!! I wanted a very firm king size so I did the ask chuck option. He called me quickly and we discussed options. I got the level 2 which is perfect for me. Great communication,service and quality. Not to mention a great price. I recommend them highly. Great job!!

Love it!
We bought this mattress a few years ago for my 90+ year old mother who complained about her back all the time. We have a latex one by another company and it loves my back. She no longer complains about her back. It perfectly supports her and she wakes refreshed. I can't thank Chuck enough for helping up come up with correct firmness. Now he has to help me again buy one for her guest room.
