I appreciate the attempt but the final result could be ok for teenagers tbh. The book has not deep introduction to the concept of The Shadow Self. It is essentially divided in 3 parts, 1st quite teens’ diary like with an already made format to fill in. The second and central part has actually writing prompts that are quite enjoyable and then the 3rd part is just the same exactly page repeated times and times again until the end. Probably pricy for what it delivers. I prefer that a psychological concept gets first well explained so I can work with it as self-help tool when writing the journal. Otherwise is more a pastime I cannot afford.
