Amazing commercial quality set for very little money. I'm a CIA alumni with over ten years commercial kitchen experience. This set looks to be made with the same attention to detail and quality as premium sets costing far more.Now after 6 months of use the knives have held their edges as well as the best of them and are as impressive as when I first reviewed them.
