Does NOT fit true to size.
Great fit over the belly but not elsewhere.I hated these when I first put them on, though I was desperate and after wearing them a day, they stretched out and were a little better. Even though this is "plus size," it apparently was designed to fit a very skinny woman with absolutely no rear end (perhaps very tiny Asian women - the tag is in Chinese). So what looks like shorts in front doesn't even cover my (not out of proportion) bum. I followed the rule that you order maternity clothes in your pre-pregnancy size. Again, though the belly has plenty of room, the rest fits like it is 2 sizes too small and can be quite uncomfortable. That said, I kept them and I wear them b/c at 7 months, discomfort in other areas is easier to take than discomfort over the belly, and plus size maternity underwear is hard to find.

Item is not as shown in the pic and does not fit at all according to the size listed
The good: the item arrived 7 days in advance of the estimated delivery date. Points for that. The bad: It is not quite as described or depicted in the picture. I normally wear a XS/S and I ordered a MEDIUM and it is still too tight. Needless to day, the size clearly runs small. To compare, I bought medium sized underwear from various vendors and they are roomier and comfortable. I bought this primarily to wear under maxi dresses (a sort of replacement for spanxs so to avoid some of the back 'jiggle' and so that I feel I'm covered somewhat). Also, the portion that is shown over to cover/go over the belly (covering the belly) is not as high or does not reach up to the entire belly; instead it rests sort of a uncomfortable midway of the belly and I'm petite 5'3" and 120lbs. Also the bottom portion which looks like it fits like boy shorts is way to small. The fabric doesn't cover enough of your thighs/bum, neither is it as long as what's shown in the pic. Image of the product is COMPLETELY misleading and this underwear does not fit this way at all. I understand all bodies are different but, c'mon, it's underwear! How wrong can you go with it? Wish this was as pictured. It would've ordered many more.

I finally am happy!
I am embarrassed to say this but, I am not pregnant yet I have finally found the perfect pair of underwear in maternity underwear. I am a large girl with a large belly. I wear a size 24W jeans. I have had a very hard time finding underwear that will fit both under my belly and over.

These are okay. I purchased an XXL and they were (are) quite snug around the legs and crotch but loose around the belly. I am currently 34 weeks along and wear a size 18.

They are not the boy shorts they have the elastic legs and they cut into your legs. They aren't made in the belly area like pictured. To put it plainly they are not the panties pictured. Only the color is what the two have in common.

These are comfortable and as cute as maternity underwear can be
These are comfortable and as cute as maternity underwear can be, but they are NOT boxers. I expected them to be a little longer, but these are like short boy shorts. Kind of a bummer.
