This vase has been constructed with natural bamboo (3" diameter). The piece against the wall is 13" long, and the vase is 10" long. A smaller piece of bamboo (1" diameter) connects the two large pieces. A natural joint in the bamboo forms the bottom of the vase. Thompson's water seal has been applied to the interior of the vase so that it will hold water well. Because the vase is mounted to the wall with a single large screw, the vase may be tilted for pouring out water. (Don't tighten the screw too tight or it won't tilt easily.) The vase is thus suitable for both cut flowers and dried arrangements. A coat of clear enamel has been applied to the exterior. The mounting hardware is included.
