This was a great buy. The spatula is very wide with bevels on the front and edges. Great for getting under smash burgers and other griddle foods. Handle is riveted in three areas and very strong. Comes with a S hook for hanging, don’t throw it away in the package. Would definitely recommend this high quality spatula for your griddle needs.

This wide spatula works great! I use it primarily to flip salmon fillets and burger patties. The blade is pretty stiff, so it's great for sliding under salmon fillets which can stick to the grill. I RECOMMEND this item. I do have to use a SOS/Brillo pad to get off all foreign debris. A soft nylon pad doesn't do it.
