Functional & budget
Functional for a budget type. Takes sufficient quality photos to record/display if needed. Does a simple job, has some split second 'lag', when moving documents, but I don't mind it.

Facile à utiliser! La qualité de l'image n'est pas la meilleure. J'aime bien la petite lumière qui éclaire la page .

The document camera is easy to use: I just plugged it into a USB port and it worked, perfectly. It also wells very well with Zoom which I use for teaching. Instead of an unsatisfactory, fiddly writing tablet with a special pen, I now use an ordinary legal pad and the student can see exactly what I'm writing and explaining. The image quality is simply outstanding. Lower tech but far superior results!

I don't know if THIS product or the OTHER product I bought is to blame. But I set up a USB hub (brand new) for my computer (as a teacher) and the new (shoddy quality) doc cam worked for six hours. Then it stopped working, so I hooked up my tried-and-true doc camera that I've used since 2018.... but it also didn't work. Restarted my computer. No change. Unplugged the new doc camera. No change. The common Denominator was the doc cam or this piece of hardware. So I'll be returning it. Don't know if it uploaded a virus, or if the USB hub did, but overall, this was an awful, no good, very bad experience. Will return both! In addition, I found that the doc cam had several quality issues before my teaching devolved into a Tech Horror Story..... the flexible stand couldn't hold itself up straight out of the box. Also, it freaked the F* out when I tried to do notes on white paper, flashing like an epilepsy induced strobe light. I had to turn off my additional light, and then switch to non-white paper to keep it from freaking out. As a teacher this was disturbing and distressing. I know you get what you pay for, but I expected this item to at the very least be able to hold itself up, and deliver a lesson without bells and whistles. I'll be returning it. Overall, I think that the my issues were THIS product and not the USB hub I also bought, but I'll be returning both.

Was listed as a document camera that plug and play ready, however when plugged in it needed software to be downloaded to work. Unfortunately, this was not suitable for our situation and had to be returned. Did not actually have the ability to use it as a result.

Works well for the classroom. Just plug in and go.
