Nice product
Very nice product for beginners. Exercise guide is also provided. Also very easy to use as everything is mentioned on the board and manual guide.Very sturdy and light weight. So easy to carry and will not break easily. I am exercising regularly with this and experiencing improvement also.

Quality is dissapointing.
The build quality of the product is upsetting to say the least. I'd suggest invest some more money and buy smth better. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.

A fine product
Product doesnt look very strong but m using it since more than a month and no break or slippage issued faced yet. A value for money product but some lines over write other lines which makes it difficult to understand whether to plug in those or not I tried to search over internet for clarity but didnt got any help. I also didnt got the guide which was mentioned in the product description. Overall a fine product can go for it till it last money spent will be utilized

I have been using this for excercises and the new one which I have purchases is good and easy to workout multiple excercises. Its handy and portable to carry and use anytime anywhere.
