Nice starter poles. Will move up to Leki's sometime down the line due to their Sharkbite hand holds that make it easier to hold the pole in the right spot. Until then, these are great.

Keenfit walking poles are fantastic. They are well made, safe and stable. Keenfit training videos are excellent and show you the proper techniques to help you get the full benefit of their use, as well as, the this things to avoid so that you don't get injured. I have used most of the other brands in order to compare functionality, craftsmanship and value. There are other systems that are excellent but dollar for dollar Keenfit blows them all away. I have had my Keenfit poles since 2013 and I typically pole walk 10 miles 6 of 7 days per week. I have yet to have any negative issues with them. Customer service folks are great and they know their product and the proper way to use them....Keenfit is the way to go
