This Calabrian pepper oil is really good! I love it on pizza and continue to find other uses for it. Added it recently to some Aglio e Olio pasta I made and it was really tasty.

This chili oil is fantastic! I am a chili fiend and have sampled many, many chili oils, but this is the best. You get the subtle taste of the oil with a nice level of heat that doesn’t overpower whatever you are pouring it on. I love it on pasta, pizza, avocado on toast etc. or just with good French bread to use for dipping.

My wife loves the oil. 5 stars. Unfortunately the bottle design is awful. Top won't tighten, oil always seems to drip down the side making a perpetual mess.

I used this on my homemade Detroit style pizza along with Battistoni cup & char pepperoni, candied jalapeño and brick cheese. Perfect combo of sweet, salty and spicy hot!

Nice and spicy

Many years ago, while in Brasil, a family friend gifted me some homemade hot sauce made with just olive oil and red peppers. I loved it and when I finally ran out of the hot sauce I tried to find a similar product in stores and online without any luck. All of the hot sauces I found either had vinegar or sesame seed as the main ingredient besides red pepper. I couple of weeks ago I scoured Amazon determined to find a hot sauce whose primary ingredients included Olive Oil and Red Pepper. It was only when I changed my search criteria to search for Hot Pepper Oil did I finally find what I was looking for. Tony Gemignani's Hot Pepper Olive Oil tastes exactly like the home made oil I was trying to replace. It isn't quite as hot, but that is a good thing because the home made oil was way too hot anyways. I will be using this oil on almost everything.

I was recently traveling to Las Vegas and went to a pizza joint where this oil was offered as a condiment. I had never heard of it before and gave it a try. I enjoy spicy food and absolutely loved the flavor and heat this gave to my pizza. It is a great addition and I highly recommend if you like heat.... I just ordered my own bottlle and will use on my pizza and Italian dishes... 10/10 rating...
