My doctor suggested fish oil for my cholesterol however I didn't know all fish oils aren't alike. I just bought whatever brand was on sale assuming they would lower my numbers. I couldn't have been more wrong. Reading an unrelated article how the process how various supplements are made can effect the benefits. It explained the different processes for fish oil supplements that minimized toxics as well as the type of fish used that would be most beneficial. So that's where I came across Precision Naturals. I've been taking them for over 2mos. now and can honestly say it makes a difference in my numbers. I noticed being more energetic taking these as opposed to store brands It's a great product and very reasonable for that benefits you get.

The fish burp on these is so bad that I decide to search for a new pill to take and found out that there’s a way to test the form and quality of the oil inside the pill. So I cut it open and put it in a styrofoam cup and the picture is what happened after only a few minutes. The oil inside is not a triglyceride form of omega 3 but is instead a synthetic form which could actually be causing potential HARM by taking it. You can look it up online-“fish oil test” and find out the proper scientific info but I just had to share because I was believing that this was a great quality pill because of the high MG and all. But it’s not! The fish burps alone are enough to find another one but then even more necessary after discovering the poor quality! Deception. Hate it.

I started purchasing this as my other Fish Oil pills did not have as many MGs as this. I do feel better after taking them the only down side is I do get the fish after taste for hours afterward. I usually don't take them unless I have a full meal with protein in it, even then a couple hours later I am still tasting the fish. These are also rather large pills so if you have an aversion to large pills these may not be for you.

I bought these after the company I normally buy from stopped selling theirs. Gave me fish burps the first couple days ( I'm thinking my body was only adjusting to them). Don't have them anymore, so far so good. I will continue to buy from this company. Great price for the amount you get too.

I really like just taking one capsule a day, as opposed to 4 with another brand. If I consistently take the vitamin with food, I find there is no fish taste or burping. Excellent product.

This is a good product. I'm happy with the results so far. I got the fish oil because it said it helps you feel energized. I do feel better in the morning. They said it does several other things that are positive. I agree. I'd recommend these for anyone.

I didnt really notice anything whike taking this. Maybe its just me.

My first time taking fish oil. So many brands. This was the perfect choice. Definitely burpless. Size is workable. The faint lemon essence is very pleasant. Still waiting to see how it works on my cholesterol but I really like this.
