Great to have on hand. We travel by vehicle for a living doing retail trade shows. One of us is always getting hurt during set up etc. these last about 20 mins which is generally the recommended time for apply ice at a time. Compared to the price you pay for the same in stores this is a great value. Just yesterday a fellow vendor fell at set up and sprained her wrist. We quickly ran to the van to get her some packs to reduce the swelling until she could get to urgent care. Will buy again!

My son uses one of these from a different company almost daily while at work to help alleviate knee and/or back pain. It has really helped him to get through his long work day at his retail store. These were a waste of time and money. They barely got cold and they are very small.

My son is in allll the sports, and somehow always gets hurt. I try to keep reusable ice packs around, but sometimes we need a single use one, and they are nice to provide to other kids/families/people, without having to ask for them pack. I keep some in my son's sports bag, and my car.They are easy enough my grade schooler and his friends can crack it themselves.

The bags have a lot of air in them. When you fold the bag to create the coldness, the crystals inside turn to a small amount of pretty cold liquid, which is not as cold as ice water. I bought them as cold packs for a trip when a pack from a freezer wouldn't be available. Since I lay on cold packs to help my sciatic pain, these are useless because the liquid is on the bottom and the air is on the top. They might be of minimal help if you put them on top an injury and press down.

Doesn't last very long. Bought them for a school basketball season, great to have on hand when needed. I will prob buy again next season.

It took a couple tries to get activating the ice packs right. There's an audible "pop" when you break the inside package correctly. When you do, these ice packs get REAL COLD, and last about 45 minutes. I'm very pleased.

Garbage. Utter waste of money. Purchased these for my daughter's migraines. Real chemical ice packs should get cold enough that they cannot be touched without being wrapped in a cloth. Real chemical ice packs last for more than 10 minutes. These do get cold and it is convenient that they can be held without being wrapped. Just don't expect more than a slight cooling effect and to use 10 at a time.
