Loved them easy to use .

These are great for hand quilting and hand sewing on binding. They cut through fabric without much effort! I haven't bent one yet!

I've been trying out different brands of quilting needles to find some that do not bend or break. I have yet to break any of these Piecemaker needles and I'm pretty rough with my sewing. They do tend to bend after several uses but that could be in part to the thickness of the quilt and how I handle the needle (again, pretty rough!).

I have been using these needles for 30 years and have not found one better!

These needles USED to be my favorites. I've been a hand quilter for many years and Piecemaker's were my go-to needles. I loved the short, sharp, strong construction. However, the quality has deteriorated markedly in the past couple of years. The needles break after as little as one hour of quilting. The weak point seems to be at the "eye" which snaps in two necessitating replacement several times during a 3-hour quilting session. So sad to see the quality go down so dramatically.

I have tried several brands of quilting needles and Piecemakers are my needles of choice. Although I have managed to bend a few of them, I have never had any break.

Had some breakage, but otherwise these were fine.
