I got this bag for my husband. He loved it until the zipper broke and now it’s unuseable. It only lasted for maybe 4 times before breaking. It was too much to pay for a bag that he can no longer use. So disappointing!

it's a great bag, but the picture suggest it was bigger... aside from that, it's great.

This is the only product I have ever returned. Got this to take with me while studying abroad for 4 months. While packing for the airport, the 2nd day ever using this thing, the zipper broke and I noticed there were teeth missing. Had to borrow somebody else's bag for the trip while this one was sent back. At least it didn't break in the airport!For those of you that like to gamble and are considering buying this anyways, the bag itself was rather heavy and really didn't fit all that much in it. I was slightly relieved when it broke and I got to borrow somebody else's Costco duffel that held more stuff in it and had wheels.

Worked great, have only used once so far. Held up well through the baggage claim. Plenty of room for all I needed to take on a 4 day trip.

Bigger then expected. Lotsa room;-))
