Clean and effective
I generally love this applicator. I've tried brushes, sponges, and just using my fingers, and these are now a part of my regular rotation.Pros:Super easy to clean - just a quick wash and it looks like newNon-porous - so I don't feel like I'm wasting tons of expensive makeup that gets soaked into my sponge and brushSanitary - since they're always so clean, I'm not spreading bacteria like I do when I'm using brushes, sponges, or my handsSmooth finish - with just a little practice, I got very efficient at creating a lovely, smooth finish with this, using a combination of movementsCons:Difficult to get certain areas - it really doesn't do well around my eyes and nose, so I always have to go back and finish it thereOverall, as you can see, I love this thing. I do still think a brush does a better job of getting a perfect finish, but the lack of waste with these makes it well worth it for everyday use.

Don't recommend
Didn't like this a sponge works 100 times better. It's difficult to blend with this

Brilliant and easy!
I’m not a heavy user of makeup, but when I do need to apply something - like a BB cream - I would normally end up using cotton pads. And inevitably always acknowledge how much of the liquid product is absorbed into the cotton. I guess it’s logical! But it was the easy and only solution I really had. However, these silicone applicators are pretty brilliant. They are soft and flexible, so easily bends to the contours of your face. I just put a bit of cream onto the applicator and so quickly and easily can spread it evenly on my face. This sort of oblong/rounded shape of the applicator is best for covering the larger areas of the face. I did have a little bit of trouble getting it to fully reach into, like, the creases around my nose, or getting close to the eyes with much level of precision… but just because you may have to use your fingers to blend in a couple small areas doesn’t negate the overall usefulness of these applicators. They wash clean SUPER easily. So if you’re putting on liquid makeup regularly, these are a wonderful product to add into your supplies. I would even say that these would be IDEAL for anyone that applies a LOT of makeup, like a stylist, someone doing costumes/halloween makeup, or if putting on a lot of layers for your own self. It speeds up the process and reduces waste. Smart product.

Still learning how to use- good for contouring makeup
I have always used a brush or my fingers for blending but with the popularity of contouring now, I bought a contour kit and needed something better than a brush for blending so I bought this silicone makeup blender applicator. Like using your fingers, but softer and larger. I am still learning, but I find myself ditching the applicator and going back to using my fingers. My contour makeup is not soft enough so I like to put my applicator under hot water and it makes the makeup blend better. Super easy to clean too. I like it but not "in love" yet, but I may get there if I get more into contouring. Still a good product to have in your bag.

Super confusing
I’m a makeup pro and this arrived with no instruction or label, just a clear plastic bag. Returned.

but this is a great tool to use instead
I used to use my finger to apply concealer and excess would get stuck under my nails and left on my finger, but this is a great tool to use instead! PROS: less waste from extra product left on my finger, smooth and soft on your face, just the right size for my hand, super easy to wipe clean, blends nicely, just remember to use small circles (at first I wasn't using it right and it left streaks of my concealer on my face so i had to go back over with my finger to smooth out). CONS: takes some getting used to for a smooth flawless application, but still a great alternative than using my finger.

Nearly perfect applicator
I have mixed emotions about this makeup blender. On the one hand, it is the easiest makeup applicator in the world to clean! I've never encountered an easier cleaning applicator. Just run it under some warm water, and it's as good as new.. Also, since there's no bristles or sponge for the makeup to absorb in to, I use less makeup when doing my face each day, which saves me money. It also makes it easier to let friends borrow it if we're getting ready and they forgot an application of their own. That being said, they don't blend the makeup very well at all. I always have to go back and use my makeup brush to blend everything in after using it. It's also a little difficult to actually get foundation on the applicator, as the bottle slips around when I turn it upside down on the applicator. However, I feel the good outweighs the bad, and for that I give it 4 stars. If it weren't for the bad blending, they would be perfect.

Interesting way to apply foundation.
My foundation brush died on me so I purchased a couple new things to try out. I like the silicone blender because the makeup doesn't soak into it. At $48 a bottle of foundation I'm getting my monies worth. I do wish the sponge came in a hard case rather than a baggie for storage. This is the only silicone applicator I've used but it seems a little hard to me. Definitely only for cheeks, forehead and neck and not on softer skin like around the eyes. Overall it's a cool idea that needs a few tweaks to make it amazing.Oh, and don't make the 1st timer mistake I did, you don't need nearly as much foundation since it's not getting absorbed into the applicator.
