Takes a little time
I gave this 5 stars because it was exactly what I was looking for. Inexpensive way to cover my steps so my dog doesn't slip on the stairs. The color is soft so it doesn't stand out, I just wanted it to blend into my decor. If you are looking for a rich good quality rug this is NOT it. If you do buy this, follow my recommendation on installation.1) take them out of the box and leave only for 24 hours so they it is the temperature of your home.2) Get your blow dryer and a long extension cord. (make sure steps are clean and dry)3) Put 1 in place. Put the hairdryer on high heat and press with your hand on the rug will blowing with the dryer. Squeeze the edge of rug while heating. Do each step this way. they will stay in place.I also added double sided rug tape under the tread, close to the end of the rug. Good Luck

Great solution!
Very well built & well designed. Look good. Doggie no longer balks at going up stairs. Only thing keeping it from being five star, is that the adhesive was not strong enough on some of the steps. No big deal, just a couple small pieces of carpet tape fixed them.

Love these! The color matches my carpet closely and they're very nice looking. My old dog now comes downstairs (there's only 4) on his own again. Regular treads worked for a year, but he got spooked and stopped braving them. These treads cover most of the stair and he now happily ventures down without assistant. We've had lots of compliments on them. It's also nice to walk down the stairs in socks without slipping.

Not for us
They had a good idea but they where not the right size which could have been my fault. We do have some odd stairs. They also did not look like they were going to stick and I saw them as a possible stair catastrophe.

I'd Buy This Again
I'm super happy with my purchase. I have two senior dogs that had difficulty getting up the uncarpeted steps to my kitchen. This has made is easier and they're much more confident that they won't slip and fall.Excellent quality, looks great and sticks to the step like the dickens!! LOL!

Great product.... seller not recommended....
These stair treads look fantastic but don't think very highly of the sellers ability to fill orders accurately. I ordered 7 of the 31 inch length for the staircase in my home and 6 of the 7 were correct..... but got to the second to last one in the box and it's only 27 inches in length. Top it all off with the item no longer being available and I'm stuck with this....

High quality and easy!
Arrived quick and install was a breeze. Been on the steps for over a week and are staying in place. Definitely a blessing for my puppies.
