This is exactly what I needed. I didn't want to have a wall mounted one, which just adds more holes to my walls. This is sturdy enough and heavy enough to stay in place and not move when applying chalk to your hands.

The product is as described, sturdy and worth the pice.

Works as expected, and looks nice!

Quality of construction is OK for the lower price range of this product. For it's price it's acceptable. Don't expect a professional quality chalk holder but it's still nice for the general player.
