I was another who made the mistake of thinking these were the Pies. So there was this initial disappointment. when I received them. All of the Can's Lids seemed bulged a bit, and while I've only eaten one so far, they seem to be OK.The Puddings are of course different, no "Flaky Pastry" with these. Instead of Microwaving, I chose to pop the Lid, wrap in heavy duty Alu Foil, and cook inverted in a large pot with lid with about an inch of water for 40 minutes. I think the meat will remain more tender this way.The Suet Pastry in this Pudding is a bit "gluey",and reckon this is typical of puddings such as this. The meat mixture inside does closely resemble how the Pies used to taste. One should be enough for one person for a dinner.Overall, not a bad product, but again, surely would've wished these were the Pies instead of Puddings. I'll be a bit more careful in the future if I ever order such again.
