Looks nice. Came "dirty" however, so I do not know what to think about that...I took a Kleenex and some q-tips to wipe off some black junk surrounding in the crevasses of the pendant and around the gem. Also looks like a chip in the silver, but not quite sure. I will have the wife decide if we return for another one or not.****Update**** - Was contacted by seller immediately after my first 4 out of 5 star review, and he apologized for the condition that it was in and sent me a return shipping label along with the apology. He stated that he wanted to make it right and replace the pendant. I ended up shipping it back and he notified me that he had received it and personally looked over the new one to make sure it was perfect. It arrived back to me today and it does look perfect. Tal and Dazzle Imports are amazing to work with and they want you to be 100% satisfied, which I am. Thank you again Tal!

My husband ordered the silver pendant with the Ruby stone and upgraded silver necklace. It was gorgeous but the stone seemed to be placed just slightly off center from the pendant. Since they are all individually hand crafted I figured this was an easy fix. I reached out to their customer service and got the owner on the phone. He quickly pulled up my order and told me he was sending a prepaid shipping label so I could return the pendant. He said he had already begun processing the order for my replacement ruby pendant and he would personally oversee that it was perfect before shipping it out. I received my new pendant within a few days. The owner, Tal, even followed up with me by email to ensure I was satisfied with my necklace. It was the most special gift I could have ever received on my first Mother's Day and I hope to add more stones as I expand my family! Great quality!

Not sure if it was just my necklace or if they’re all like this, but the pendant arrived looking dirty and scratched up. I tried cleaning it and it’s not getting any better. Chain is in good condition but this is very disappointing especially considering the price :(

My wife loved this as a gift for her first mothers day. Looks nice, chain is a little thin, but hasn't broken with our kid grabbing it yet.

We loved the design but when we received it in person it was not exactly what we were looking for. They were great and accepted the return.

My husband couldn't wait til Christmas to give this to me, and I'm glad he didn't! I absolutely love the design and the sentiment behind it. The box it comes in is really cool and the chain is super sparkly. Can't believe he found this - it's perfect!
