Can't go wrong with peanut butter. Catches mice, rats, squirrels, chipmunks, flying squirrels, you name it - it never fails. Just tonight I caught 6 flying squirrels in the roof, no more than 10-15 minutes each, using peanut butter bait. The thing about peanut butter is they have to stay there to eat it. Other bait, like seeds, dog kibble, cheese, and hot dog slices, they can pick it up and carry it away, often without triggering the trap. Peanut butter sticks right there - they have to work on it. - A jar will last forever too. I've kept the same jar in the garage for 5+ years. Still yummy! (to critters). **Q: What's the size difference between the medium and the small? Which size would be best for catching chipmunks?** A: medium the small 1 is for mice maybe rats **Q: Will the medium trap work for a small rabbitt?** A: If its a baby rabbit. Yes **Q: Our trap caught 2 mice tonight but when they saw us, they freaked out and ran and were able to open the trap’s door and escape. What did we do wrong?** A: You didn’t do anything wrong. The trap’s door latch is poorly designed. To work properly the trap has to be secured so it cannot be tilted or roll over after the door has been sprung (closed) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Safe, for the animal and your peace of mind *by S***I on 8 October 2020* I Love the fact that the small animal can be trapped safely and relocated. The conventional rat and mice traps are absolutely barbaric - the poor little critters just wanna live! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sorprendente *by R***S on 27 September 2023* Fue realmente sorprendente ver cómo en 3 horas ya había capturado al roedor. Solo seguí la recomendación de otro comprador de amarrar cacahuates al fondo de la jaula, y si, en tres horas cumplió su función ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked as intended *by A***S on 10 October 2026* I’ve only used it once so far but it worked. It was easy to follow the instructions and it wasn’t super sensitive. The mouse I caught I small but I could hear it rattling the cage pretty strongly all night, so I can’t vouch that it will be effective for bigger rats. I couldn’t feel much force of the gate on my hand when it closes, but it was clearly enough to keep the mouse trapped. Great bang for buck. ## Frequently Bought Together - Kensizer Animal Humane Live Cage Trap That Work for Rat Mouse Chipmunk Mice Voles Hamsters and Other Small Rodents, Trampa para Ratones, Catch and Release 1Pack Medium - Tomcat Rat Snap Trap, 1 Rat Size Trap - Reusable - Effectively Kill Rats - Ideal for Home and Farm Use - Tratper Rat and Chipmunk Traps.
