The watch is not working anymore I want to return this product but 15days return policy has been finished..how can I return it?

The build quality of the watch is very good. The display and touch is top notch. The watch is feature loaded, we get 150 sport modes, 100+ watch faces along with calculators, Alarm , timer, heart rate monitor, spO2 monitor, sleep monitor etc,. The accuracy levels are between 80-90%. It is good in a smart watch with calling and music facility. The watch comes with 8gb internal memory where we can store songs. The battery life is 2 days if we enable Bluetooth audio and calling or 4-5 days without enabling Bluetooth audio and calling. The dial of the watch could have been little more thinner. The Bluetooth range of the watch is not up to the mark. It gets disconnected often from the phone. The Fire boltt invincible app could have been more user friendly and feature rich. It’s sometimes very difficult to understand the graphs in the app. Overall the watch is worth it’s cost.

its cool and even if the call is redirected to watch, it isn't that much draining.....just 10 percent battery for a day.....average of 7 days is pakka along with nice screen, voice, amoled features......not to mention the 8GB internal storage and wireless charger..... Since I got watch today morning, I don't know anything about sleep tracking yet.....still judging by the performance of this watch, it's worth every single penny you spend on this......even though it's said to be a waterproof, try not to drown.....because it will only protect from a splash After 3 days of continuous usage battery is at 53 percent and hence guarantees 6 or 7 days backup....while driving I received calls via watch and otherwise some whatsapp audio etc were played on it.....still battery is keeping up.......watch is so elegant by it's look, display and pixel power......average of 5 to 6m range is always there....... It's worth for this budget.....if you are expecting apple watch /samsung watch equivalent, then extremely sorry........the negative reviews found here are just bullshit....... Only negative I can find is that unlike most smart watch/fitness watch brands, I'm not getting a 24*7 health monitoring.....its done manually as of now....

Never buy this product from anywhere. Most horrible product service in the history of indian market. This is such a big company they don't not even single phone number of this company. Worst communication for there part. I brought this watch in November. It stopped working now it's not charging at all. I sent An email to this team for requesting of trouble shoot or replaced. Till date there is no proper response or not even single phone call from them shame on there part. They are not even worried of money because it's not belong to them. It's our hardend money. We pay to them they don't even care of our request. Don't ever buy this product. I suggest to Amazon to stop supplies of these company products. It will baf part of Amazon as well. I brought this watch for 7k, they don't have 7 rs to call us and understand problem. Friends i am requesting not to buy this product at all.
