This headset is a mixed bag. Long story, short, if you value comfort, I would look at something else (the G230/430 is comfy). I have a few other headsets, none make my ears hurt like these do. They also make my diminutive girlfriend's ears hurt as well. This could be subjective, your mileage may vary.Pros:--The sound quality is pretty good. It has decent range and plenty of lows. Quite comparable to more expensive headsets.--The microphone works well.--The unit feels sturdy. It looks good and seems to be built well.Cons:--Biggest issue is the padding is too thin, so your ears will likely be touching the inside speaker. If you intend to do any longer gaming sessions (2-3 hours+), these will become annoying. It becomes annoying immediately, it's just a matter of how long you can bear it, like bad glasses.--Heavy. Compared to my other headsets, these weigh somewhere around twice as much (as for example, twice as heavy as my Logitech G430)--The lights are simply a gimmick. They merely pulsate through the 7 colors. You cannot choose one color.--Volume/mic switch are on the headset itself which is more awkward than the inline method.I would spend another $7 and get the rather comfy Logitech G230 ($35 in some places) or something else that people rate highly.These will be the backup pair.

I really like these headphones , they are super comfortable has a lot of padding for ears and on top of head so can wear a very long time without taking them off. The sound for this price is very good. It goes up really loud and the bass is good and works perfect for my laptop and my Grandsons computer . Is adjustable so will fit almost any body, but might be to big on younger kids because the ear covers are pretty big, It lights up when using so the kids think that is really cool looking. The mic works good on it I use it to dictate with my laptop and is great for that. Comes with a thick cord so does not get all twisted up like some of the other ones I have had,The USB jack is for powering the LED lights, the green jack is for audio, and the red one is for the microphone. The headphone is compatible with computers or PC. Really good affordable headset.

I was surprised to find it was well built, very comfortable to wear for many hours at a time, and the microphone is adequately sensitive. I tested it using Google Voice on my computer and everyone said I sounded crystal clear. I like that there was a manual switch behind the headband on the top left side to mute the mic when not in use. I would have preferred it was more easily accessible, such as a push button on the mic boom or on the cable itself with volume adjustment in one place, but not that big of a deal. The mic boom is easily adjustable, although it isn't as rigid as I'd like, resulting in it not staying in place at times.I tested several 320kbps uncompressed audiophile grade tracks and at first I was a bit disappointed. Mids and highs were a bit muddled, but after adjusting the EQ on my sound system, managed to tweak the headphones to sound pretty good for a $23 headset. Solid bass for a 50mm driver, but definitely no Sennheiser. The padding on the ears is very comfortable and there is a volume dial on the bottom of the left side with ample amplification.The exterior of the headset has LED's that are powered via USB and cycle through several colors. A bit gimmicky to me, but some may like the effect. If you don't like your head to be illuminated, just unplug the USB cable - the headset will function fine with just the green (headphone) and pink (mic) plugs. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.A couple things to note: the headband is designed to look cool and futuristic, but the edges of the design are a bit sharp and when I wear they headphones around my neck, they dig in a bit. Although, since the headband and earphones are very comfortable to wear, I thought this didn't detract from the overall product but was worth mentioning.

Besides him looking like he should be directing airplanes lol they fit great even for his little head. Both sides of the head-phones light up and the lights change colors (his favorit part) Now I got these for when he plays the X-Box One with his brothers but he insists on using them for everything and surpringly work great with it all! Now you will need an adaptor for the X-Box One but it is cheap and sold at any game store even amazon has them. You can turn the microphone on and off by a switch behind the left ear the volume control is behind there too. These are probably the most comfortable headphones that I have ever used I can not even tell they are on my head. They dont give me headaches or weigh down my head. They are wide and fit all the way over your ears and that is my favortie part I wish all headphones were like that because my ears would get so sore frm reagular headphones. I think I want a pair now! These are excellent and work just like the really expensive ones with out dipping into your wallet!!!

First off the lights on these are amazing. I've seen headphones with lights that simply blink through or go through slowly but they aren't mutli colored breathing effect. These ones breath through multi colors and they are the most beautiful .Sound quality is wonderful and something i really test whenever i get headphones. I need something with great sound quality, since i watch lots of youtube. The quality rock , and there was no static or anything to complain about.

It has a jack for the headphones, a jack for the mic, and a USB to power the awesome headphone lights that gradually change color. The sound quality is awesome, they fit fairly comfortably, and do a good job at cancelling noise. It's hard to believe they only cost $20!

Bought these for my 8 year old for his PC and tablet and could not be more pleased. The sound quality is great, they are comfortable for me and him, and the lights are a nice touch.

Heavy. Head hurts after long use.
