I REALLY like this controller along with using the app on my iphone means I don't have to always have to find the remote, but lost a star because there appears no way to adjust the length of a particular effect; you can adjust the total length ('pixels') that you want, however the leds are turned off/inactive beyond that number. In my case I have a 6' strip, and would like a blue bar to start at one end and move to the other before another bar appears, but you can't adjust the bars length or the gap in between, which would be awesome, but that might be due to the software.

The system is a solid item if intending to just light a continuous string of programmable LEDs using the app provided defaults. However, the app does not support WS2812B LED strings, which it advertises, resulting in inconsistent control of color and intensity. Recommend for supported LED strings, but not recommended for WS2812B LED strings until the app is updated.
