It’s worth the investment for a small to mid-size collection.
It has a classic and somewhat sophisticated look. It’s heavy and it seems it will hold my collection and equipment well. However, I would not recommend moving the piece around all the time. Find a place to put it and leave it there for good. This is to avoid the wood feet to come off. My only complaint is that the instructions could be better. While the assembly is not too hard, it’s not a piece of cake either. The base required me and my wife to put together, for example. Other than that, it’s all good. I would not pay more than $200 buck for it at all (just saying).

Well...
Okay, first, this thing does look nice. I showed my wife a picture before ordering and she had zero problems with it. This is important as some of you know. However, it was a bear to put together IMO. The base, sides, and shelves are fastened with basic, slide-together metal slots/posts, and then everything is cinched together via lever locks on the top piece. This thing was wobbly when finished, so I used my 18ga brad nailer to sure-up the bottom of the unit. This did improve the wiggle. I understand not wanting to have any bolts showing that would need to be capped, but in this case, I would have preferred everything to be bolted given the amount of weight that will be placed on the shelves. It took both of us to get the slots lined up, and more than once we would get one end complete and the other would fall over. Plus the lever locks did not want to stay in position while fudging the guides onto the posts. I cussed.....A lot. Also, the legs on this thing did seem to be secure once bolted, but the stand-offs on each leg would start to cave with even a slight bit of torque applied. Yes, the instructions say not to over-tighten, but I mean THE SLIGHTEST bit of pressure would make them start to cave. This does make me nervous considering that there will be hundreds of pounds of vinyl sitting on this thing. I mean, Crosley, come on. I know that your turntables aren't anything to write home about these days, but you should know how to design a vinyl shelf. Anyway, I am going to move forward with this. I have some very thin LED undercabinet lights that I will install in each cube to make everything easier to view and will probably put them on a smart outlet. We will see what time brings for the sturdiness. As of now, not hopeful.

So perfect!!
I bought this and some “peel and stick” and covered the top with it and it looks so good!!! It’s very sturdy and came in a protective box! It was easy to put together! I have 180 records and they fit perfectly! So do the ikea box/cat bed! 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful but hard to assemble
The item is a beautiful piece. I received mine in great condition. They do offer a number to call for missing parts and/or damage replacements. At first I thought why are people complaining on how hard it was. I laughed and said piece of cake until I reached the part where you have to hook the shelves together! That was pretty challenging (I did use a mallet on some parts to align the pieces together and that worked but don’t hit it hard tho, you can place a towel to prevent damage). Then when I was almost done and needed to place the final piece (the top), that was insanely hard (for my fingers). You have to “lock” the top with your fingers. It hurt my fingers trying to lock it, I had to take breaks inbetween because It was a pain in the butt. The piece isn’t hard to figure out, it’s just the hooks and locks. Aside from that, the piece is beautiful and the wood is pretty heavy. I built it myself and I’m a 44 year old woman. However I was very close to calling an Avenger because I honestly think this piece was made for Hulk or Thor to built.

Not a Solo Job.
I bought this as an “upgrade” for my set up, I was so excited to put it together and get back into playing. However, this isn’t a one person job. Package with everything inside weights heavy, and when it comes to putting it together the hooks are a pain. This is a two person job. Instructions aren’t very clear, but that’s a personal critique and even put together it’s wobbly, but that could be a fault on my end. 4/5.

Dirty and damaged
I really like this unit and it fits perfectly under the television in my workout room, but was really disappointed when the top went on. The most important, visible piece! There are scratches and the the laminate is coming off the sides. I'm hoping the seller sees this and is willing to send me a new top piece. Otherwise, I love the look of this in the room.

Easy to assemble and sturdier than most MDF
I bought 2 of these for the 500 vintage LP’s collection my dad gave me recently. It’s so easy to assemble and higher quality than typical MDF the speaker is great! Love the color, it really vibes with my 1967 home that still has MCM design throughout. It’s worth the price too!

Looks nice but not sturdy.
Looks nice but it is really wobbly. I had to screw in a few screws of my own to give this thing some support. It’s also a pain to put together. There’s no hardware keeping it together, everything is held together with tabs that slide into grooves. Everything has to be perfectly aligned (which is really difficult to do) or it won’t go together right.
