The first one I bought, I did not. Guess what, it didn't adhere correctly. It still worked just fine, edges just kept peeling up, I just kept pushing them down. While on a hiking trip, I took a really bad fall. My phone was in my hand (of course) and I came crashing down on the face of my phone. It was crammed full of dirt, some got under the cover (far less than I expected), there is a tiny (barely visible) scratch at the very bottom of my phone. The rest of my phone was scratch free, this is a miracle, I promise you, this cover protected my screen remarkably well. Following my hiking trip I had to replace the cover with a new one. I considered going with a different one, then decided that would be stupid because of how well this one protected my phone. When I received the new one, I followed the directions to a T. There was a tiny area that did not adhere. I emailed the company and asked for a replacement....they sent TWO (talk about customer service!!). The replacement went on beautifully and I have had zero issues...no peeling of the edges. I actually think they made some minor adjustments to make it fit better with a phone case (compared to the first one I purchased). Overall, you can't go wrong. The cover will protect your phone, if applied correctly, there will be no peeling edges and their customer service is on point!! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Easy installation, perfectly transparent, fits well. *by B***T on Reviewed in the United States on April 28, 2017* Easy, flawless installation if you follow the instructions. It's worth taking the 4 minutes to watch the YouTube instructional video before you start. The bubbles really do go away and it really does take 24 hours for all of them to go away. The film is perfectly transparent and feels just slightly tacky. It's a very good solution and works well with a case.UPDATE: this ends up not working well if you are using a case and the case overlaps with it. The edge of the case rubs against the film, and the film comes off in the corners. You can try reattaching it with the spray, but it won't hold. If you want to use a case along with this film, make sure it doesn't overlap. I ended up switching to Spigen, which makes both case and film, and designs them to fit together rather than overlapping. Switched it and still happens .This is an update on this review as of May 23rd. The seller contacted me immediately after my initial review to see how they could help. I infor.ed them of the issue I was having and they sent me a replacement screen protector at no cost to me. I received the item in two days and installed it and it is now perfect. Very happy with the product and the seller.
