I have not fully submerged mine in water to test if it is water proof, but the transmission and transfer case components are very tight clearance. Thus, water would find it difficult to get in. However, it is splash proof.

No it doesn’t come with the motor & mine didn’t come with the pinion gear for the gearbox. FYI the only one that will fit is a 13t

Not likely. It barely fits an electric motor
