Q: How do the lids lock onto containers? Mine dont work

Twist the gray knob on top of the lid to lock or unlock the lid. But, first be sure that the lid is properly assembled by turning the knob to the left (the unlocked position) and then pushing the lid top and bottom together while pushing in both tabs on the knob.
