Review: Most effective moth prevention I've found! - I've used these sachets for many years, and have found them to be virtually 100% effective in preventing moth damage to the huge amount of woolen clothing I store over the summer. Of course, I don't love the expense, but, compared to what it would cost to replace moth-damaged clothing, it seems worth it. In my experience, these sachets are way more effective than cedar, and, most importantly, are less of a health risk than the old-fashioned mothballs I used way back in the bad old days. I also find the natural herbal scent pleasant and refreshing. I double-bag almost all the clothing I'm storing, in large, unused plastic garbage bags closed tightly with twist-ties, and I use a generous number of sachets in each bag. This always seems to work. I also have one zippered bag in my closet, for certain items that have to be stored on hangers; I toss a large number of sachets into that as well, and I try to keep the closet door closed as much as possible; so far, so good..... NOT happy about the plastic bags, but after unpacking my clothing in the late fall, I always re-use these bags for garbage. (Regrettably, in our city, garbage must be placed in plastic bags in order to be eligible for curbside pick-up.) I do try to be extra-conscientious environmentally in all other ways to make up for it, including avoiding any additional plastic bags by taking re-usable tote bags when shopping, etc.......

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Strong, fresh peppermint scent

Somewhat disappointing - used to buy this on a regular basis several years ago and loved the strong smell of lavendar and other herbs. Current version mostly smells of peppermint. Still smells nice and makes my laundry smell nice and is a good moth preventative, but I will probably not buy it again because I prefer the scent of lavendar.
