Not lasting
Hung it on my beautiful Gum tree and in less than six weeks [and we had no storms or disturbances] two thirds of it fell to the ground; just hanging there. Why or how this happened I have not figured out, but it happened, unfortunately after I could have returned it. Only a third sways in the breeze now not making much music.

So my fault for not realizing how thin of metal the aluminum is. The sound is not at rich as I expected based on reading the reviews, it's a bit more tinny and the chimes are about the thickness of a soda can. I prefer the thicker metal that produces a more angelic sound. It matches the price point.

The sound is very nice, but is very soft
I thought each chime would be larger especially in diameter. They are about 1/2 inch in diameter, each. The sound is very nice, but is very soft. I have a large wind chime that unfortunately, drowns out this one.

Cheap Looking!
I wasn't very impressed with this item, it looked cheap and something that could have been purchased at any discount store. I'm keeping it only because it would cost more to send it back..... don't waste your money.

Nice sound, lousy construction.
I like the design of this wind chime an the fact that it has a lovely sound. But after a couple weeks the little studs that hold the sting to the base, started to fall out. The wood started cracking and I got so frustrated trying to fix it, that I just threw it away.

Softly musical. Love it.
I purchased this windchime after buying some as gifts for family. The sounding of this chime is wonderful. Not a clanging or untuned clink, but a nice soft chiming. The swivelling mount hooks are a great feature. We sometimes get gusts of wind that will tangle our other chimes and with the length of this one it seems to keep this from occurring. Great job. Thanks.

Small chimes.
much smaller than I had thought...they make more of a tinkle than a chime.
