Great oil, definitely buy again
This Avocado Oil from Baja Precious was a delight!I'm a very health conscious person and I spend a lot of time figuring out the best diet solutions for me. And the type of oil that you put into your body is one of the most important diet choices that you can make in your life! People often have the idea that 'oil is bad for you.' That is not true at all! The amendment to that statement is that 'bad oil is bad for you.' Having good oil in your life will make you feel better on a daily basis, and lower chances of cardiovascular diseases. Stop buying those cheap vegetable oil and/or corn-fed cow butter. Avocado oil, grapeseed oil, and grass-fed cow butter are the way to go. They are definitely far more expensive, but personally, I think the health benefits are well worth the additional cost.As for the Baja Precious Avocado oil specifically, here is my review:Quality - awesome oil quality, if you stare into the bottle oil, bad oil would have visible impurities, the baja precious oil has none of that. The oil tastes top quality.Bottle - I love the bottle, the top of the bottle is not a flat wine-bottle style that some other companies have. There is a nice plastic dispenser that prevents you from accidentally pouring more oil than you like. Small things like this really makes a big difference in terms of making a good product. I love the bottle! I'm definitely gonna keep the bottle for other stuff too.I highly recommend this oil. Also, google oil smoke point before making your oil decision. Avocado and grapeseed oil have relatively high smoke point, which enables you to cook at high temperature. This is useful for me 'cause I often do Asian cuisine that requires high temperature cooking. Olive oil tend to have much lower smoke point, which can be good if you are doing low temperature cooking or baking, but might not be good for wok style cooking! Take care of your health!

Easily my favorite brand and type of oil to cook with
Avocado oil has a much higher smoking temperature than commonly used oils, making it great for searing steaks in a cast iron pan without setting off all your smoke alarms. It's also healthier in general.Baja Precious' olive oils are also fantastic for other cooking needs, with my favorite feature being the pop-out spout their bottles come with.

Delicious, and very unique surprise to bottle
I love avocado oil for cooking as it is a very mild flavor, and am happy I decided to try this brand. I will be purchasing the large bottles to refill this one when I run out, because it is so cool! It is a light weight, dark plastic, but sturdy. When you unscrew the cap, the inner pour spout pops up and makes pouring really clean and it does not drop all over like some bottles do. Plus, it is a lot of fun to open it and was a total surprise the first time! Very pleased all around. Will be trying other oils from them in the future (especially after finding out that most olive oils are mostly sunflower/safflower oils I will be trying their olive oil to see how it tastes!).

The oil comes in a plastic bottle which is good because it was sent in a padded envelope rather ...
to be clear, I have not 'cooked' with this yet. I used the oil to create a cold vegetable salsa from avocados and tomatoes as a side dish. I plan to use this to fry poultry, but wanted to see how it tasted cold first. In a word, delicious. The oil comes in a plastic bottle which is good because it was sent in a padded envelope rather than a box (really, guys? spring for a box next time!). Luckily there was no damage to the bottle at all. The top screws off pretty easily, but then this little spout thing pops up. Don't get weirded out by it - it retracts back into the bottle when you press down the top and screw the lid back on. I like it because it makes the oil easier to pour and prevents messes. It's great overall and tastes wonderful!

Tastes great, has a high smoke point
I'm an avocado oil freak. Tastes great, has a high smoke point, and isn't a cliché like extra virgin olive oil. This one's pretty good quality oil. It's in a plastic bottle, which isn't my favorite thing, but the top has a pop-up spout when you open it, which I love.

Great flavor, clear oil with easy to pour spout
Nearly clear, fresh tasting oil in plastic container with easy pour spout. We love avocado oil for cooking because it has a much higher smoke point than olive oil. We’ve tried ones that are darker in color and stronger in flavor and we actually prefer this oil, as it doesn’t add strong flavors to your dish, just brings out the food’s natural flavors. With regular use, this bottle lasts about a month.

I previously purchased Baja olive oil - it was great. I tried this
I previously purchased Baja olive oil - it was great. I tried this, and, wow, it is spectacular. It has most of the flavor of olive oil PLUS the subtle distinct taste of avocado - perfect for salads, frying, wok and other cooking. This is an incredible product, which is why I raced to order (and receive) two additional bottles to secure my supply. As an older person, experienced from many meals, I would highly recommend this oil - it is delicious, reasonably priced and perfectly packaged.

Touting the Values of Avocado Oil
I wish avocado oil could receive as much attention as olive and coconut oil for its health values and flavor. This stuff is wonderful! It is a high heat oil so you can fry anything with it, but it also imparts a clean taste like that of olive oil to whatever you cook in it. Yes, the stuff is expensive, but if you live a healthy lifestyle, you should try it. I use it with balsamic on salads, fry eggs and potatoes in it...just as you would vegetable oil...with less calories, fat and cholesterol.Wish it were cheaper but healthy living 'aint cheap.
