I bought this because my old cloth net started to develop some tears and debris was getting out. This net has a tight weave so it gets even small bugs and leaves. As you scoop-up junk, it will usually stick to the side of the bag so you can keep cleaning quite a while without having to empty the net so much. Once you do need to empty it, turn the bag inside-out and most leaves will fall right out or a couple of swats with your hand will do it.Some plants (we get "cheat-grass" seeds here) have very pointy seeds that can grab-onto the net, but it does a good job of getting them out of the pool and they're only a little bit harder to pull out of the mesh.

Did not align with hole in my pole. Only has one button, my old one had two which made it easy to press and remove from pole. Does not look very sturdy and net and aluminum rod look very flimsy. Don’t think it will last a year. Didn’t return it because of the hassle so husband adapted it to a makeshift pole. Priced too high for what you get. I put a picture of my old pole with the brush so you can see the two buttons. Better buy a good one at a pool supply store.

I purchased this leaf net to remove sunken leaves in the bottom of my lined koi pond. The net is deep, and it suits my needs perfectly. It seems to work quite well, and I have no complaints about the product thus far. I will purchase again if damage the net by my own doing.

Works well, has a fine mesh but not small enough to collect all of the small ant that invade my pool after a rain. IU was disappointed after purchasing this as I had to run to Leslie to get an actual ultra fine mesh net.

It did not come with pole fyi didnt realize when I bought it.
