Excellent quality product. BPA Free and Food Grade Silicone. 2 pounds of hamburger, without any added ingredients, made 7 1/2 burgers. Weight per burger was slightly over 3 ounces/cooked weight. Quick, easy and convenient to make hamburgers this way. I froze them in the 2 piece container for about 30 minutes then popped out the quantity that I wanted to cook, then put the rest back in the freezer to use again later. Easy to remove even when not frozen. Burgers appear round after cooked.
