Ok flavor, not finely ground
Flavor is alright, but the flake size of the chili is QUITE large... if you want to refill one of those small shakers like you'd see at a ramen or gyuudon restaurant, you'll find them to be too big to shake out.I may put some in a food processor, to better grind it down, but I'll end up cutting the sesame seeds too. Oh well.Probably won't buy again, but I won't need to for maybe 3 more years at least.

Tasty & Versatile!
Love this spice blend. I bought it for a Ramen recipe, but am using it a lot as a change up from just plain crushed red pepper. Very good on pizza, for instance!!

Ingredients List is Not Correct - Contains Salt
Ingredients listed on label are not same as stated in amazon. The 4th ingredient on label is salt and there is no pepper listed. I specifically bought this since Japanese 7 seasoning is not supposed to contain salt. Not worth hassle to send back.

Excellent spice mix
We got this in this evening and had to try it out so I put a small pinch on a couple scrambled eggs, "couldn't think of anything else", and wow does it add the flavor, and just the right amount of heat too.Will be buying more once we run out, but this 1lb bag will probably last awhile.

Very well packaged, esp like that the bag is resealable! Nice, spicy, and bright. Very good quality. Halved between myself and my brother - he loves it, too! Definitely a good buy!
