The leash attachment is a heavy-duty metal hook that hasn't bent or rusted, but my favorite feature is the sturdy handle located right above that hook. It gives me immediate, close-proximity control during surprises—like when we encounter other dogs or people on our walks. After three years of regular use, the stitching is still perfect with no fraying. For the price, you cannot beat the longevity and durability.
