Well Roots 5-HTP Plus Supplement, 50 Count

My husband has been put on so many different kinds of medicine for "mood disorders" but we were told about this (5-htp in general) complex, by a nurse, that could possibly help with severe mood swings. Within about a week's time we were able to see big changes as far as stability goes, not necessarily a lack of severe mood swings, but more of a balance in them. We juggled brands for a couple of months before finding this time release type from Well Roots at a Walgreens and then we looked on amazon when it was time for more and it was a better deal so we kept buying them here. This effects of this brand seem to last longer throughout the day.

Ive tried many 5htp and blends, this by far is the best and will continue to buy this product!

$5 cheaper than Walgreens. Have had no issues, similar or cheaper than normal 5-htp bottles, and with the "plus".

I'm glad my Walgreens quit selling this brand & forced me to go searching...It's way cheaper on Amazon & the replacement 5-HTP blend Walgreens now sells is quite different & just garbage. Well Roots 5-HTP Plus actually works. And I don't even believe in supplements. Or most pharmaceuticals for that matter.

Bought it at a chain store and loved it, I slept great for the first time after years of not sleeping well. The store where I purchased this discontinued it so I bought another brand but suddenly found I was not sleeping again. So glad I found this product here on Amazon so I can get the sleep I need.

I use these a lot to help me sleep better. They’re for mood inhancement but I find they help me to sleep through the night without waking up so much.Seemingly effective in lifting Seratonine levels.
