There are some really good things and really bad things about this bag. To start with the good, it is cute looking and well made, it certainly doesn't lack quality in that area. However, the biggest problem for me is how little room there is in the bag. This bag was listed in large bags, which I thought would be great since we have a toddler with a newborn on the way, but it couldn't be farther from the truth. The pouch on the front for storing your mommy products is so insanely small, it could hardly fit my wallet, sunglasses, and keys. The side pockets are super shallow and take up a ton of room on the interior of the bag. Using any of the side pockets on the inside takes away from the already narrow room in there, there is room vertically, but who really wants to organize there kids supplies like its a game a Tetris? I found myself having to choose between the necessities on what is the most absolute necessary and this is with just one kids supplies! Once you manage to jam half of what you need in the bag it doesn't hold its shape anymore, it is a lumpy mess of cords and weird bulges. There area also super ugly and obvious magnets on the top of the bag meant to help it keep its shape but they couldn't even hold a piece of paper on a fridge, they are that weak. Also came with no instructions on using any of the multiple straps. It is advertised as being super convertible but doesn't tell you how unless you go back online. The strap used to sling it over your shoulder also isn't even with the bag, it will always hang awkwardly to one side. It is just so frustrating how poorly thought out the storage and usage of this bag is, it is like it was designed for a kid who only needs two diapers and a slim bottle. I will most likely be looking into sending this back because it is just not roomy or convenient to use, which is a shame because it is really cute and well made.I also added some photos, just to show how weirdly shaped the bag is once its packed and how narrow it is on the inside.

When I first receive the bag, I could only find one stroller strap. I swear I searched every possible pocket but I couldn't find the second strap. I contacted Babyboo16 by email asking to send me the second strap. Ariel replied to me instantly and she was happy to send me another whole bag since she didn't have a separate set of stroller straps! A few days later, I found the second strap in one of the pockets...I contacted Ariel right away to apologize since she had already shipped the second bag to me. Surprisingly she was very nice and kind about it! However, I decided to return the bag after all. It's very stylish and cute but it just didn't work out the way I wanted it to when I tried to pack the bag. Also, it didn't fit quite well in the stroller that I have:( I just want to emphasize that the customer service I received from Ariel was exceptionally great!!!

I do love the diaper bag, it really suits my needs but there's a flaw in the bag. I bought because it converts to a backpack but there is a ring missing on the lower left side on the back part of the bag. In fact it looks like the ring was misplaced to the front lower side of the bag. I can't use the backpack function or the stroller straps because of this mistake, which is why I bought the bag. Despite the design mistake, I still love the bag. I would have returned it but I didn't notice it until after I had been using it for a week and I wanted to use it as a backpack.

Love this bag. After 3 children I've never owned a "proper" diaper bag. I guess I thought large totes would suffice, and they did. But this bag definitely takes it up a notch! We are expecting baby #4 soon, I've packed all the essentials for the hospital in this beautiful sturdy bag. There's so much room, and is so stylish. To be truthful I think thats why I've never chosen to carry a real diaper bag...they are generally not cute! I'll carry this bag proud that it's cute, but also so very helpful to keep everything I need for my babies organized as well. Great value, definitely recommend it!

Very pleased with this bag and the customer service from Babyboo 16! I originally received a bag that was missing the strap and changing pad, so I had to return it. Before I could even order a new bag Babyboo 16 sent me a replacement bag free of charge. The bag is cute and has several options for carrying, which is my favorite part. I'm expecting my second baby and I wanted a bag that was bigger and that I could wear as a backpack while babywearing, but was still fashionable. This was a perfect solution - it's super cute, has ton of room, several pockets to keep you organized, and can be worn three different ways. I highly recommend this bag!

Pros: I really like all of the compartments that this bag has. I also like the versatility; my mom watches the baby and prefers to carry it like a bag whereas I prefer to wear it as a backpack.Cons: I had to make my own backpack straps because I found that the included options were not suitable. Also, the included changing pad is small and cheap.

Love the size of this diaper bag, but I got it for backpack use and cannot get the straps long enough to actually wear it as a backpack. The straps are great for my 7 year old, but as a mom, does not work well at all. The room is great though to cloth diaper with an extra set of clothes and a plastic wipes container that holds our cloth wipes. Too bad!

This bag is large and has a lot of useful pockets and storage. It's still a while before the kiddo comes, so I have not had an opportunity to use it just yet.
