I used mine for at least 8+ years just like this and I broke it. This tip will slow the flow of the high velocity water pik so you can use it with your sinuses. Works SO MUCH better than those bottles. I have had 2 sinus surgery’s and this is what both doctors recommended LONG before the bottles hit the market.
