I did get one shipment that was a bit dry, but I think that was because the temperature was all over the place during shipment. They were not past the expiration date. All other deliveries have arrived fresh. I have included a picture of the nutrition information for 1 piece, which I calculated on MyFitnessPal using the nutrition information from the package. The package lists a serving size equivalent to 3 and 1/3 pieces, which is not very helpful. I gave 3 stars for the “giftable” rating, because the pieces tend to get tossed around during shipment.
