I bought this software with a very simple need. My info at the top left, the billed company at the top right, and a graphic box lower down to list the service provided and a billing price. It will probably do this, but instead of (analogy here) simply allowing me to nail two boards together - it seems to be trying to force me into building a house. With NO help files or menu that I can find. I appreciate software having capabilities, but there really should be an intuitive method for simple tasks too. And some sort of instruction manual.I guess I shouldn't be buying something with no reviews. Now at least there's one.

you can get a free download of this item online. it stopped working within the week of return option and there is no customer service to help fix it.
