Does the job, but not quality material...
Arrived with a chip out of the slotted end of the metal. It still works, but it is not as smooth as I like, and it may scratch some of my softer (Titanium) bracelets. The pins are small and seem to be strong, but I'm guessing this will break if you use it to punch out very tight pins, or use it very often.Find something better made... It was worth the $4 I paid, but not much more...

Push bit too soft and fails easily
The pin bits are very weak and bend without effort which is frustrating, otherwise its a great device. Maybe mine was defective. I have two other brands which operate perfectly so why is this one failing? Low quality metal I suspect.

It worked for one watch, but for the second one the tensioning wire broke. It is just not strong enough to do the job.

It does what it's supposed to do. Thankfully, it came with extra pins. I never adjusted a watch band before, and I broke a few pins while learning.
