Not as strong a flavor as I expected compared to regular cumin, but that allows me to use it in a greater variety of dishes. I grind the seeds before using them.

Adds great flavor and is very healthy for you!
Pleased so far! I have put it in a couple of things I've cooked so far. I prefer to crumble it with my fingers to distribute the flavor well. This is going to last me a very long time. It doesn't require much to get great flavor. Black cumin seeds have many health benefits. I would recommend you to get some. .
