Let me start by saying, I get waxed regularly so I am not a wimp and not a novice. Since salons had been closed for so long, I decided I should just do it at home. I'm glad I started with my armpits because this product is horrible! I warmed the wax strips like directed, pulled apart the strips, and applied one to my armpit rubbing it to apply. Then, tried to pull it off. You can't. It's just a sticky gooey mess that slowly and painfully pulls away. I thought, I must be doing something wrong. The directions said to do it in both directions so even though the first try was a painful fail, I applied the 2nd half of the strip and rubbed the opposite direction. Then, I tried pulling it off. Again, you can't rip it off so you have to slowly and very painfully pull it off. Then came the biggest mistake of all, I lowered my arm. That effectively glued my armpit shut. And I mean it was glued solidly shut. In order to raise my arm back up, I had to basically pull the skin off. So, I jumped in the shower to try to wash it off. It wasn't coming off! I tried body soap, I tried shampoo, I tried scrubbing with a washcloth, nothing got this sticky glue off and I am in considerable pain at this point! It took two days, a lot of pain, and red raw armpits before the glue was finally gone. Needless to say, I will not be trying it on the bikini line.

wasn't sure about getting this bc I thought it would be weaker and not actually rip the hair out, but it rips the hair out AND really does not bother my skin!!!!! SUPER weird...it's all I'll buy now.

So first of all it's way harder to get the material on the strips warmer with these, than with the regular body strips. I rubbed for a long time with my hands, and sometimes even tried using a blow drier, but even then sometimes when I would pull the strip apart the waxy stuff would just all crack cause it wasn't warm enough. But then even when I did get them warm enough, I tried to use them on my bikini line and they literally did NOTHING other than hurt like hades to rip off. You'd think that would mean it was pulling out the hair, but i think it was just ripping of my skin! And don't even think about trying to use the same strip twice because literally it didn't even stick at all the second time. I'm super bummed because I really wanted to like these. But they just don't work. I had my husband help me try to do my armpits, but even then it only pulled out random hairs. It didn't leave the area hair free.

I decided to give this product a try because I’m prone to razor bumps. It was suggested through an online site and since I was looking for an alternative to shaving , I said hey why not.After trying : The wax strips Did not remove as much hair as I thought from the bikini area and hurt like hell ! The wax was extremely sticky but removal was easy with the wipes provided . Over all, they are ok but I wouldn’t recommend it for the genital area ! Hurts way too much!

Sadly I have to revise this. The underarms strips were fantastic( and I probably will still purchase them just for underarms part) . The bikini strips did not work at all. Every time I tried to rub them then pull it apart it looks like they were expired maybe because all the wax would just crumble apart.Great for underarm waxing. I tried these because I started with the green nads body and they were a little to strong for underarms so I saw they made some specifically for underarms and had to try! I cut the strip in half and did the upper underarm then lower and I didn’t even have to go over the area. Almost all hair came out. The maybe 6 strands that were left I just tweezed. Very gentle did not lift the skin. Tip: remember to hold skin taunt and other hand pull to wax and your good to go. No force needed these strips are designed perfect for your underarms ( I have not tried bikini but seeing how gentle the wax was I will be trying soon)

Works like a charm, + less expensive than the salon

I promise you, you will not be able to warm these up enough just by rubbing them in your hands. When you peel them they will be brittle and if you do manage to pull them apart slow enough so that they appear as though they might work, they wouldn't stick or tear a single hair off.I got them to work by microwaving a mug with water in them and holding the strips (unpeeled) against them. I'd peel it in half and it was perfect. I'd place one half across the top of the mug with the wax facing up because the steam kept the wax warm until I was ready to use the 2nd strip. This is the only way I could make them work.

I've bought these in the store and they work just fine, but whatever supplier is sending these via Amazon must have an entire warehouse full of very old dried out product. You can see the yellowing around the wax edges even before trying to warm it up and separate the strips. I tried warming with my iron and it is still hard as rock. I thought maybe I got a bad batch and gave it another try, then thought what are the odds of 2 bad batches, and tried a 3rd time - nope. They are just getting worse. The first batch was too dried out and hardened to use, by the 3rd batch, you can clearing see the yellowing on the strip edges. This supplier needs to be removed so no one else has to waste their money.

It didn't work. I had never tried any over the counter waxing kits prior. I tried to apply to my legs but couldn't get the wax to stick properly. What a waste of money. Don't bother with this purchase. It also took almost 3 weeks to arrive. Talk about a delayed disappointment.

I’ve used these strips for many years but the lasts six boxes I purchased from amazon have been completely dry , so absolutely useless and I cannot get a refund or replacement so I may as well of thrown £60 in the bin!
