was so hoping this product would do the trick for quick efficient cleaning but it is really just a sponge soaked in alcohol, no more effective than home made methods.

Greatest invention since sliced bread...I literally put the scissors into the sponge, use other scissors to work for 5ish mins,and then take the scissors soaking in sponge out of the sponge, gently wipe it with any cloth,and super duper clean like brand new..it makes time so much more efficient..I love this thing,and it will last a LONG time,,i may not have to buy another one of these for 2 to 3 years..u will love it I think

I bought 2 of these as a novice gardener, and they are very handy, but rubbing alcohol & mineral oil work just as good and I will refill the tubs with my own cleaning solution when they dry up.

Ehhh - nothing more than a good ol sponge and some alcohol - cant knock the hustle tho. You can get any cleaner that removes sticky substances and fill in the container - i will when its time to turn over the sponge and fluids. And now the pricing is over $30! 🥴🤦🏾‍♂️

when trimming, make sure you have 2 good pairs of trimmers. alternate them between this stuff every minute or two and you'll have a much easier time avoiding buildup on the blades. it is on the expensive side, but it's a well-made niche item for a specific purpose. if you need this for THAT specific purpose, it's great, and you'll quickly forget how much you paid for it when you're knee-deep in trimmings.

This product degunks the toughest resin and glues your pruners come in contact with and leaves them lubricated but not oily for your next use. Great product and no complaints. Great stuff all around and serves many purposes and works better then 70% isopropyl alcohol at cleaning and smells much more pleasant. Will order again, no questions.

Unknown liquid in a plastic tub with soft thin spots in some of that plastic. Not sure WHY it cost so much to ship the tiny box under 1 lb. Just a sponge in it; probably JUST alcohol in it too but I'll NEVER KNOW

I keep this in my Greenhouse to help clean and dis-infect the small tools I use. Really convenient ! Easy to use ! Pleasant scent ! And does a great job cleaning :-D
