Overall, this little shredder saves me money from having to pay for bubblewrap. The one thing I would suggest that the manufacturer change is to allow for more paper to be input in to the feeder. This would definitely make the process go quicker! Oh, I might (also) suggest an easier way to clean it out between colors because it is a bit tedious picking out the previous colors ... but, that's not a huge issue for me - just a tad wasteful because I don't like using mixed colors.
